Vaser LipoSelection offers the most advanced approach to fat removal and body shaping available today. The difference
The Vaser Lipo System uses an advanced, patented fat removal technology that has become the trusted method in a society saturated with fad procedures. Unlike the normal and advanced Smart Lipo procedures which employ laser technology, Vaser Lipo uses the gentle power of ultra-sound technology to emulsify targeted fat. What distinguishes this technique is its ability to differentiate body fat from other tissues such as nerves, blood vessels and connective tissues, thereby only targeting and eliminating fatty deposits.

How it works
Vaser can be performed under local anaesthetic or twilight sedation (a superficial sleep state). A small probe delivers ultrasonic vibrations to the treatment area which works to gently emulsify the fatty tissue which is then removed by a small cannula or is excreted naturally from the body. By removing only the fat, while leaving the other tissues intact, your skin retracts smoothly and evenly after the procedure. This minimises discomfort and bruising and promotes rapid healing and recovery. The procedure takes between 1 to 3 hours depending on the size of the area being treated and you will generally be able to return home within a few hours following the procedure.

Initial numbness and minor bruising may occur and general tenderness a few days after, but these side effects should disappear within days.

You can generally resume normal activity the following day, but should avoid exercise for the first two weeks. Compression garments are worn for the first two weeks and are key to the recovery process. A course of 10 lymphatic drainage massages is also recommended as part of the recovery process.

Vaser is a safe alternative without the risks of major invasive surgery, yet the results are comparable to traditional liposuction.
